Care home managers, group directors, and retirement villages.
Single-site or a forty-site portfolio — the operating model changes, the standard doesn't. Named team, photo reporting, CQC-ready evidence, every time.
What procurement needs, what operations needs
Procurement buys defensibly — evidence of insurance, DBS, safeguarding, risk, references, a clear pricing rationale. Operations buys consistency — the same team showing up, the reporting cadence that doesn't slip, the escalation path that actually works on a Friday afternoon. We've built the framework to answer both — procurement gets the Procurement Pack, operations gets a named account manager and a reporting system designed for directors who don't have time to chase.
How we work across a portfolio
Our multi-site contracts use a framework agreement layered over per-site specifications. One signed agreement covers the operating model — SLAs, reporting cadence, safeguarding, escalation, change management — and each site attaches its own specification. Invoicing consolidates into one monthly invoice per group, including through winter.
Procurement Pack
Ten documents in one ZIP, with a cover PDF cross-referencing every element against the standard care-sector tender requirements. Update cycle is quarterly, so what you download is the current version.
Director Dashboard
Live access for named portfolio stakeholders. Quarterly PDF exports formatted for board papers. Per-site detail a click away when operations need it.
How we take over a portfolio
A phased mobilisation runs 30–60 days from contract signing, depending on how many sites are in scope. Week one: kick-off meeting with your operations team. Weeks two to four: per-site audits, risk assessments, dementia-specific protocol briefings, outgoing contractor handover. Weeks four to six: first maintenance visits begin. Weeks six to eight: remaining sites come online. You'll have photo reports from day one of each site's go-live, the first quarterly summary within 90 days, and a portfolio review with one of our founders inside the first 120.

The admin, the planning, the reporting
Evidence, engagement, confidence
Our approach with single-site homes
Single-site contracts are our bread and butter. The agreement is straightforward — an agreed visit schedule, named account manager, photo reports after every visit, a quarterly wellbeing summary, and an annual fee paid monthly. There's no minimum contract length beyond 12 months, and renewal is flagged 90 days before term end so there are no surprises.
Extra-care estates and resident engagement
Retirement villages and extra-care estates need grounds that look exceptional for residents and families, while still supporting accessibility, seasonal colour, and communal outdoor activity. We combine contract maintenance with optional horticultural sessions so the garden becomes part of everyday life — not just a backdrop.
